Summer Days

This is where I’ve been spending lots of time lately.

It’s where tranquility can be found….

..through the captivating views,

filled with thought-provoking scenes,

that allow one’s brain to rest and wander at the same time.

There is something about this place that has the ability to center me. Always.

It is where I am truly humbled by nature’s simplicity, power and beauty. Always.

JOY resides here….

and kites fly.

This is where experiments are conducted….

….and laughter abounds!

It is a little piece of heaven on earth and I am blessed.

Where do you find your peace?

I wish I had a place like that. The closest thing would be a friend’s beach house in Canada. Unfortunately I couldn’t go this year 😦
We all need a place to recharge.

Thanks Lady and yes, I am lucky. Very. Although I do not live here year round, I do come here, whenever I can, year round. It’s a blessing, for sure.

As always, I love to see the pics and fun you all have at your retreat. For me, it’s riding horses, collecting sea shells on the beach, or taking a nice hike up in the hills. I plan to do at least one of those things this weekend! XOXO-SWM

Thanks SWM! It’s about taking it a little EZ right now and I like to hear that you’re also enjoying some recreational time as well. Hope all is well. We need to catch up!! xoxo

My goodness, that looks beautiful! You are very blessed to live in a place like that. Every thing is dead and brown where I live in TX. It’s nice to see that someone has green grass!
